Temporary Entry Visa Application Process:
1. First meeting or Telephone call or Skype call
There is no fee for the initial consultation. During the initial consultation we understand your current circumstances, your background and your requirement to secure your immigration goal in New Zealand. If comprehensive assessment is required, we advise clients that comprehensive assessment is required. We proceed with the case once client confirms in writing.
2. Written Agreement signed
As per our licensing requirements, before we proceed with an immigration case we are obliged to have a written agreement with our clients before we can provide advice. One the written agreement is signed we direct our clients with the exact requirements and documentation required for the application to be successful.
Liaison with Immigration New Zealand (INZ).
At all times we will act on your behalf with Immigration New Zealand and represent your best interests for your visa application. However, the onus is on the client to provide us with truthful information in accordance to New Zealand Immigration requirements and to obtain the documentation required for the submission.
Residence Visa Applications
It becomes very vital and the application for residence must meet every detail required by Immigration New Zealand. If there are some missing information then there could be delays in the application process.
1. Initial Assessment
In this phase, we do a consultation and assessment of your residence visa option. Based on the documentation you provide us we determine the number of points you are able to claim under the skilled migrant category or any other category under residence instructions. We also review your documentation at this point and advise if further documentation is required.
Expression of Interest
Skilled Migrant Category
- We guide you through NZQA process if required
- Notify all the necessary documents required to get your application successful
- Provide information for registering with professional Authorities if required
- Check that you have valid police clearance certificate and medical certificate with Immigration New Zealand
- Complete the expression of interest online
Application for Residence Visa phase
During this phase:
- Focus on getting your documentation organised to professional standard as per requirements form Immigration New Zealand.
- Help you with any health and character issues that might cause any possible delays.
- Scan full copy of documents and supporting documents if required by immigration New Zealand.
- Assist you in translating documents to English
- Assist you to obtain certified copy of documents if required.
- Work with our experience and best of knowledge in order to give you maximum opportunity to obtain residence visa in New Zealand.
Fees
Our fees depend on the complexity of particular application. Our fixed fees are agreed upon in advance in the signed contract, so clients do get any surprises. Fees for residence application are split into various stages of the application process, and this gives clients flexibility to arrange payments at different stages of the application process.
Please be advised that disbursement fees, example New Zealand Immigration fees, levies, cost for medical and police clearance, translations etc are not included in the consultancy fees.
